Submissions:

The German Geothermal Energy Association is calling for submissions to the sessions of the Geothermal Congress 2024. Please submit an abstract of your planned contribution by 1 July 2024 using the online form.

•     open storage systems (ATES, high-temperature storage)
•     Closed storage systems

Energy and research policy

•     Municipal heat planning

Presentations on all geothermally relevant topics can be submitted.
The Scientific Committee selects the presentations from all submissions and organises them into thematic groups.

From the end of August 2024, speakers will be informed whether their presentation has been accepted.
As a speaker, you will receive a discount on the participation fee.
Participants of the Science Bar receive free admission to the congress.
A maximum of 15 minutes is allowed for a presentation followed by a discussion.
The language of presentation is usually German, but presentations in English are also welcome.

Contributions can be submitted as presentations or posters (portrait format A0) in German or English.

A formulated version of the accepted presentation can appear in the digital conference folder.

Please optionally submit the long version of your topic online when requested. Instructions and the format template for manuscript preparation will be available shortly on the congress website.
