Please register here as a participant if you have not already done so!
As a speaker you will receive a discount on the congress fees. Science Bar participants take part in the congress free of charge, see conditions of participation.
Only registered participants without outstanding payments have access to the congress.
Please contact us if you cannot find your ConfTool access data, we will be happy to help you immediately! You probably already have a user account.
Long version
A formulated version of your contribution “long version” can optionally appear in the digital conference proceedings.
The long versions will receive a DOI via Zenodo after the congress this year.
Please submit your long version to the existing abstract online here via the ConfTool system by 13.11.2024.

By submitting your contribution, you consent to publication in the conference proceedings of the Geothermal Energy Congress of the German Geothermal Energy Association or GtV Service GmbH.
Information for speakers and poster authors
The duration of the presentations in the forums is max. 20 minutes (incl. 3-5 minutes for discussion -> 15+5 minutes).
All conference rooms are equipped with computers and a projector -> 16:9. Please bring your presentation files on a USB stick. The files must be compatible with Windows Office or Open Office. We recommend PowerPoint or PDF (Acrobat).
Please upload your presentation at the latest during the break before the start of your session in your lecture room. An assistant will be available to help you upload the files.
All posters should be displayed on both days of the congress. They can be put up until 22.10.2024 at 14:00.
Each poster should have the size of DIN A0 portrait format, which corresponds to 841 mm width x 1,189 mm height (33.11 in x 46.81 in).
We provide poster boards for the posters. You will find the number of your poster in the list that will be displayed on site and on the poster board. Please pin your poster to the board marked with your poster number.
You will receive the mounting material (pins) on site. It is not permitted to use adhesive tape or similar.
Please note that the organizers cannot print out posters.
In addition to exhibiting your poster, all poster authors can register for a short 3-minute poster presentation until 09.10.2024 by uploading their poster presentation (max. 3 slides) in the ConfTool system here.
They will then be marked as a 3-minute poster presentation in the online program and presented or called up in the program sequence.
