Registration

Please register here as a participant if you have not already done so!

Speakers and poster presenters can register directly at the speaker rate. Science Bar participants attend the conference free of charge, see conditions of participation.

Only registered participants with no outstanding payments will be granted access to the congress.

Please contact us if you cannot find your ConfTool login details; we will be happy to help you immediately!

General Information

The call for papers has been successfully completed. The full versions of accepted papers can be submitted – ideally until shortly before the start of the conference. Each full version will receive a DOI number via Zenodo. In addition, all accepted papers will be published in the digital conference proceedings in 2027. Below you will find the various options for presenting your scientific work as well as important information about them.

Speakers and poster presenters can register directly at the speaker rate! Only one author per contribution can receive the reduced rate.

Presentation (German/English)

Duration: 15 minutes + discussion and presenter change (max. 5 minutes)
Presentation must be brought on site on a USB stick
Presentation format should be PPTX (PowerPoint), otherwise PDF
All conference rooms are equipped with laptops (Windows 11) and a projector -> 16:9. Please upload your presentation to your lecture hall during the break before the start of your session at the latest. An assistant will be available to help you upload the files

Posters

All posters should be displayed on both days of the conference. They can be put up until 2:00 p.m. on October 21, 2026. Mounting materials (pins) will be provided on site. The use of tape or similar materials is not permitted. Please note that the organizers are unable to print posters.

Scientific Poster (German/English)

A0 portrait format poster on site at the conference and digital poster (optional)
Poster boards and mounting materials (pins; adhesive tape not permitted!) will be provided on site
If your poster has been accepted, the presenter can register at the speaker rate (only one author per contribution can receive the speaker rate!)

Poster Session

In addition to exhibiting your poster, all poster authors can register for a short 3-minute poster presentation by October 9, 2026, by uploading their poster presentation (max. 3 slides) to the ConfTool system.

They will then be marked as 3-minute poster presentations in the online program and presented or called up in the program sequence.

Poster session: October 21, 2026, 11:30 a.m. - 13:10 p.m.

Science Bar Poster (German/English)

Aimed at students and young scientists up to the age of 27
Poster in portrait format A0 and digital poster
3-minute short presentation
Poster boards and mounting materials (pins; tape not allowed!) will be provided
Presenters receive free congress participation

Science Bar tour: October 21, 2026, starting at 2:10 p.m.

Digital Poster

Digital posters can be uploaded via the ConfTool system.

Size: A0, portrait format
File types: PDF, JPEG, PNG

Long version

A fully written version of your contribution (“long version”) may optionally be published in the digital conference proceedings.

The long versions will receive a DOI via Zenodo after the conference.

Please submit your long version for the existing abstract online by October 13, 2026, here via the ConfTool-System.
